Dosage Surgical hand disinfection: Rub the wet hands and forearms (up to the elbows) with 5 ml of this product and brush thoroughly for 2½ minutes. Rinse and then repeat the same procedure. Pre-operative skin disinfection for patients: For the patient, moisten the surgical field and rub thoroughly with this agent for 5 minutes. Remove the foam with moist, sterile gauze and then apply a disinfectant.
