  The 3M €ž¢ Littmanne® Master Cardiology €ž¢ Stethoscope features the adjustable diaphragm technology - a 3M invention (not capitalized) that allows clinicians to hear different sound frequencies simply by adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece. Unlike two-sided models, there is no need to turn over and reposition the chestpiece. Light pressure on the chestpiece allows you to hear low-frequency sounds; a little more pressure creates the high-frequency sounds. This feature saves you time and allows the caregiver to focus on the patient while the anti-cold or comforter provides comfort to the patient. The tension of the headset is easily adjusted to suit any head size and user needs by squeezing or pulling the earbuds apart. Snap-fit earplugs with a soft seal feel comfortable in the ear and provide an excellent acoustic seal. The earplugs click firmly onto the ends of the tubes and, for safety, cannot simply be removed. Next-generation robust hoses maintain their shape and flexibility even when stored compactly. The stethoscope lasts longer and is also more resistant to the influence of skin oils and alcohol and to stains. Next-generation tubing contains no natural rubber (latex), an advantage for sensitive clinicians and their patients.
