When you place an order for your practice, salon or business, you naturally want to know exactly when you can expect it. At Degros, we attach great importance to fast and transparent delivery. On this page you will find all the latest information about our delivery times, shipping costs and terms.

Overview of order and shipping days (for products in stock):

• Monday: Ordered before 16:00, shipped Monday
• Tuesday: Ordered before 16:00, shipped Tuesday
• Wednesday: Ordered before 16:00, shipped Wednesday
• Thursday: Ordered before 16:00, shipped Thursday
• Friday: Ordered before 16:00, shipped Friday
• Saturday & Sunday: Ordered, shipped Monday

(During Dutch public holidays, the above schedule may vary. Unfortunately, we have no influence over any delays caused by the carrier itself).

Not home at the time of delivery?
Not home when the courier arrives with your parcel? You will receive a delivery notification. Often, the parcel will be delivered to your neighbors with your permission. If delivery is not possible, you can pick up your order from a PostNL pickup point starting the next day (for up to one week). You can always find the latest information about this in your personal Track & Trace.

Delivery to a different address
Of course, you can have your order delivered to a different address. During the ordering process, you can provide a different delivery address. Through "My Account," you can easily manage multiple addresses in your address book, allowing you to select one with a single click when placing a future order.
