Sending information

When you place an order, you naturally want to know when your package will be delivered. This is one of the most important questions. We think so too, so we try to do everything we can to communicate this as clearly as possible.

1. What are the delivery times?
An order for which all products are in stock will be delivered within two working days at the latest. We will do everything we can to have the products delivered to you the next day, but we have no influence on external factors. We work with PostNL for the delivery of products.

If you have placed an order with items with a longer delivery time, we will not ship the order until it is complete.

When the products are in stock, the table below can be used. Please note that we ship the package with Postnl and DHL, but we have no influence on delays at the carrier itself.

2. What happens to my order if I am not at home?

If you are not present when the delivery person arrives with your order (package), you will receive a notification. PostNL will then try again at a later time. It can also happen that it is delivered to the neighbors. If delivery is ultimately not possible, you can pick up your order within a week at a PostNL collection point.

3. What do I pay for shipping costs?

4. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can. You can specify a different delivery address with your order. Via "My account" you can easily manage multiple delivery addresses via your address book. So you only have to enter your delivery address once, so that you can use it again next time.

5. Pick up at a PostNL or DHL pick-up point?
You can easily choose a PostNL or DHL pick-up point at checkout.

6. I have not received my order on the agreed date. What now?
Your order will be delivered within two working days, unless stated otherwise in the order confirmation. If you have not received your order in time, please contact customer service.

7. Does the webshop also deliver abroad?
Yes. You can have your order delivered to an address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Austria. The shipping conditions are stated on the home page. At checkout you can choose which country it should be shipped to.

8. Can I return my order if the product does not meet my requirements?
You have a trial period of fourteen days within which you can return your product. Click here to register your return and to print a shipping label.
