Can I return products?

Of course it is possible to return your order. Please read the following carefully before returning anything. The return costs are at your own expense.

You must send your return within 14 days of purchase and the product must then be received by us within 14 days of sending the return, otherwise the statutory cooling-off period expires. The packaging of the product in question must be unbroken. The packing slip must be present in the box. Please note! Without a packing slip we cannot take back/process your package. We do not accept parcels in letterbox packaging due to damage. Returning the parcel is at your own risk. We are not responsible if a parcel gets lost during the return process. We therefore recommend always sending the parcel with a track and trace code.

On account Via Biller (Business customers)

Business customers have the option of placing an order on account.

This can be done with Biller. This is a special payment method for B2B. It will be available as a payment method in our checkout if you enter your company name and Chamber of Commerce number. Then, as a company, you can look up your organisation by CoC number (comes "and indicate whether you want a payment period of 30, 60 or 90"). Based on AI, a check is made for fraud and creditworthiness. If this is found to be in order, the order will be processed.

What happens to my order if I am not at home?

If you are not present when the delivery driver arrives with your order (parcel), you will receive a notification. PostNL will then try again at a later time. If delivery is ultimately not possible, you can collect your order from the Post Office within one week.

The carrier indicates that my order has been delivered but I haven't received anything?

When we send your order to you, we will send you a Track & Trace e-mail. This allows you to track your order. Should the carrier indicate that your order has been delivered, but you have not received anything, you must contact us within ten days. You can do this via our contact form on the website. Then we can have an investigation carried out with the carrier to see where your order is. If you do not contact us in time, we will no longer be able to conduct an investigation. We will then no longer be able to find out what happened to your order and unfortunately we will not be able to refund it.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can. You can enter a different delivery address with your order. Via "My account", you can easily manage several delivery addresses via your address book. So you only need to enter your delivery address once, so you can use it again next time.

I did not receive my order on the agreed date. What now?

Your order will be delivered within two working days unless otherwise stated. If you have not received your order on time, please contact customer service.

Does the online shop also deliver abroad?

You can have your order delivered to an address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Austria. Shipping conditions are listed on the home page. At checkout, you can choose to which country it should be shipped.

Can I return my order if the product does not meet my requirements?

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, it is not possible to return Hygiene products (disinfectant hand gel, dust masks, mouth caps) as these are hygiene products. If you return them anyway, we will not process them as returns. Of course, you can then collect the products from our warehouse free of charge.

If you have received incorrect goods that were not ordered by you or you have received a faulty item please contact us in this case, often we can resolve this in another way.
