Returning from the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium
Of course it is possible to return your order. Please read the following carefully before sending anything back. The return costs of €5.95 are for your own account.

You must send your return within 14 days after purchase and the product must then reach us within 14 days after sending the return, otherwise the legal cooling-off period will expire . The packaging of the product in question must be unopened. The packing slip / or a note with order number must be present in the box. NB! We cannot return/process your package without a packing slip. We do not accept shipments in a letterbox package because of the shipping costs. damages. Returning the package is at your own risk. We are not responsible if a package is lost during the return. We therefore recommend that you always send the package with a track and trace code.
ATTENTION! Unfortunately, it is not possible to return Hygiene products (hand disinfection gel, dust masks, face masks) because they concern hygiene products. If you do return it, we will not process it as a return. You can of course pick up the products again free of charge in our warehouse, shipping is not possible.
If you have received the wrong goods that were not ordered by you or you have received a defective item, please contact us, we can often solve this in another way.
PS. if, after returning the order, the total value is less than €100, we will deduct the shipping costs of €5.95 from the credit.
