Absorin Comfort Slip is a one-piece, absorbent incontinence material for men and women, which is fixed with four multi-grip fixation strips. Absorin Comfort Slip is used for moderate to very heavy urine loss and stool loss. The Slip is available in six different variants and four ascending absorption capacities, for day and night.

The non-woven top layer allows moisture to pass through quickly and gives a dry and soft feeling. The double absorption pad in the core ensures rapid moisture absorption and urine distribution. The fluff core is provided with super absorbent powder (SAP). "This (SAP) 3+ system" converts urine into gel, slows down bacterial growth, protects the skin's acid mantle and prevents unpleasant odors. The "hybatex fiber" ensures a lighter structure of the fluff, so that the moisture spreads better and absorption is accelerated, even with multiple urinations. Anti-leak edges on the inside of the slip and the underside of PE foil with cotton feel prevent leakage of urine. The elastic waistband at the front and back ensures a good fit on the body. Resealable adhesive strips ensure a good fixation. The urine saturation indicator on the outside shows when the slip is saturated.
