How to use:

1. Open the flap on the back of the cool vest 2. Fill the cool vest with water (tap or bottle) and close the flap 3. Spread the contents of the cool vest evenly 4. Repeat the spreading over all sides/surfaces of the cool vest and ensure an even distribution 5. Roll the cooling vest from the bottom upwards with the valve open to remove excess air and water 6. Close the valve and the product is ready for use
